Mindy Couture

Mindy Couture has her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver (2005), is a certified Law of Attraction life coach through the Quantum Success Coaching Academy (2015). Certified in Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) and she most recently completed a 12-month Energetic Self Mastery Program.

Mindy has worked extensively with clients one to one, facilitated groups, workshops and co-facilitated a women’s retreat. Mindy brings a sense of calm and peace to her work with clients. She creates a space for her students to go inward and access their own inner wisdom through the healing power of breath, stillness, and listening to intuition. She holds space for her students to heal by identifying what no longer serves them, releasing it, and realigning in what they are out to create.

Mindy has a deep passion for healing relationships as she believes we learn so much about ourselves through relationships. She has a particular passion for the mother-daughter relationship and lineage healing.

Mindy believes the foundation for creating the life we desire starts with one’s own wellbeing, so she focuses on self-care & self-love practices to create a deeper sense of wellbeing and health.
